Justin is one of our current students. Here she is seen trimming an acrylic temporary tooth that she custom made for her patient that day. She has learned to transfer her chairside impressions into the lab to make beautiful, temporarily cemented temporary crowns. She also gets to work with a lathe and acrylic burs. Many different types of equipment used in a dental lab and very important for a dental assistant to understand their uses.
